The work involves the replacement of approximately 330 m of the existing water distribution piping and associated appurtenances along 5th Avenue between the tie in near the water treatment plant and the intersection of 5th Avenue and 2nd Street. Works includes replacement of water distribution piping along 2nd, 1st, and main street from 5th Avenue to and including the western property line valve and replacement of all water services along the entire length.
