SIGA seeks to engage one vendor to provide the armoured carrier services described and noted below in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter. The successful Bidder (the “Armoured Carrier Vendor”) shall provide armoured carrier services for SIGA’s seven (7) casino sites, addresses in details are indicated at F.O.B Delivery Points.

1. The Armoured Carrier Services must be performed exclusively by the supplier. The supplier
shall not delegate, assign or subcontract any of the supplier’s obligations to any other person,
firm or corporation without prior written approval of SIGA.
2. The Armoured Carrier Service provider shall set up effective reporting and communication
models for SIGA, including monthly reports, sorted by site, by item, by date, by month, by
year, etc.
3. The services shall be provided by reliable, security certified & highly trained personnel.
4. All drivers and security personnel shall be in uniform and always carry with them a
distinguishable photo identification.
5. SIGA requires vendor to provide updated employee picture/signature lists on a regular basis.
6. Minimum Liability: $500,000 per shipment/per location/per day.
7. SIGA currently uses Toronto Dominion.
8. Prices quoted shall be total price less all discounts & include G.S.T. & P.S.T.
Additional charges such as handling, crating, cartage or servicing will not be accepted unless
detailed and shown as a separate charge in the bid submission.
9. If a fuel surcharge is applicable, the formula for the calculation must be included with the Bid
submission.
10. The successful Bidder must provide proof that they are members in good standing with the
Worker’s Compensation Board and maintain throughout the duration of the contract.
11. The Bidder shall provide evidence of insurance or insurability from a recognized insurance
company sufficient to meet the insurance requirements in the form of Contract referred to in
