Submissions marked "COR6565 – Small Diameter Watermain Renewal - Engineering Services” will be received by the City of Regina, City Hall, Main Floor, Ambassadors Desk or 5th Floor, Procurement Branch, 2476 Victoria Avenue, P.O. Box 1790, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 3C8, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on October 10, 2023.

This solicitation describes a requirement for professional engineering services to complete the renewal of small-diameter asbestos cement (AC) water mains using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and Pipe Bursting construction methods. The scope of work will include but is not limited to preliminary design, final design, preparation of solicitation documents, developing specification documents for construction, contract management, project management, construction inspection and post construction services.

There will be an information session regarding this competition on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 10.00 a.m., C.S.T. (SK) for any interested proponents to attend. The session will take place at the WWS Conference Room, 1430 McIntyre Street, Regina, Saskatchewan. On-line Teams Meeting will also be provided.
