Submissions marked "COR25-00100 –  2026 Pavement Patching Services" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday December 16, 2025.

The City requires a vendor capable of providing asphalt patching services, completing failure repairs and small pavement cut repairs (<4m²) of all the city paved alleys and selected city road locations using City supplied asphalt. The work will be on an “as required” basis during the 2026 construction season (from approximately May 1 to October 31, 2025),

The scope of work includes the following, but is not limited to:

• Utilize 8 tonnes of asphalt each day as work occurs
• Set up traffic control as required
• Prep work area for repair
• Asphalt placement and compaction
• Clean-up and disposal, and daily reporting, etc.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

There will be a video conference pre-bid meeting using Microsoft Teams regarding this competition on Thursday November 27, 2025, 10:30 AM CST (SK) for any interested proponents.
