The work consists of the interior renovation of the Rusty Macdonald Library Branch (11,000 square feet) located at 225 Primrose Drive, Saskatoon, SK and identified as SPL Rusty Macdonald Branch Tenant Improvement, Saskatoon, SK and Project No. 18.072. 

A site meeting will take place on Thursday, April 4th, 2019 commencing at 8:30 am, in the parking lot of Project site.  The site meeting is not mandatory.

Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond issued by a recognized bonding company in the amount of 10% of the bid sum.  The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in the amounts of 50% of the contract amount as soon as the contract is signed.

The Saskatoon Public Library reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.  The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.  This project is not bid depository.
