The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) is requesting Proponent to provide a comprehensive assessment of the 2025 Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency’s (SPSA) wildfire management strategy and operations. This includes examining the full emergency management continuum: prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. The review will identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Align findings with SPSA’s legislative mandate, strategic priorities, and operational realities.
