The Board of Directors of the Saskatchewan Arts Board seeks proposals from interested providers for advisory services. The selected candidate will:

• work with the Board of Directors to develop appropriate procedures for the selection of investment opportunities;
• provide regular reporting; and
• oversee the investment of the Saskatchewan Arts Board funds.

The selected candidate will advise the Saskatchewan Arts Board regarding the appropriateness of our investment policy relative to our objectives. The assets available for investment total $5,471,171.

In the management of these funds, the Arts Board is most interested in:

• preservation of the capital,
• a stable rate of return (approximately 5-6% net of fees), and
• a consistent and reliable reporting structure.

Decisions related to the Arts Board’s managed funds are made by the agency’s Board of Directors.
