The Rural Municipality of Enniskillen No. 3 is requesting proposals for the supply of one (1) premium-model tractor in the 220–240 HP range for municipal operations. Proponents are asked to submit two separate proposals: one (1) for lease and one (1) for purchase.

Proposals must meet the required specifications outlined in the tender documents and include confirmation of the availability of heavy-duty mechanical service within 100 km of Oxbow, Saskatchewan; an estimated delivery date; warranty options and coverage details; and optional trade-in values for existing RM equipment. Applicable discounts under SARM’s Canoe Procurement Group should be applied where available.

Proposals will be accepted until January 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The RM reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
