SFRFP 210092, 93, 94, 95, 96 Design Services for Bridge Projects (5)

Project Description: The Ministry of Highways (HI) requires professional engineering services for design of five (5) bridges and preparation of detailed construction drawings for each bridge. HI is planning to replace the following existing bridges:

• Project 1: 210092 – Replacement of existing bridges on Highway No.2 over Weyakwin River, C.S. 2-23-00, km 24.47 and Highway No. 2 over Montreal River, C.S. 2-23, km 60.9, in Weyakwin with new bridges.
• Project 2: 210095 – Replacement of existing bridges on Highway No. 904, C.S. 904-01 km 25.97 over Flotten Creek northeast corner of the Meadow Lake Provincial Park, and Highway No. 304, C.S. 304-01 km 34.53 over Unnamed Stream near Meadow Lake, with new bridges.
• Project 3: 210094 – Replacement of existing bridges on Highway No. 914, C.S. 914-03 km 71.56 over Shea River and Hwy No. 914, C.S. 914-03 km 117.94 over Unnamed Stream north of Pinehouse, with new bridges.
• Project 4: 210093 – Replacement the existing bridge(s) on Highway No. 19 over Wiwa Creek, C.S.19-03, km 25.91 south east of Wiwa Hill with a new bridge in 2025. The Ministry requires the bridge design and preparation of detailed construction drawings for this project.
• Project 5: 210096 – Replacement the existing bridge(s) on Highway No. 4-02 over Denniel Creek, C.S.4-02, km 13.96 north of Val Marie with a new bridge in 2025. The Ministry requires the bridge design and preparation of detailed construction drawings for this project.

All prequalified firms are invited to submit a proposal to provide engineering services for the above noted projects.

Proponents shall submit a response for each one of the above Project Reference Numbers of their interest. Proponents have the choice of how many Project Reference Numbers they submit proposals for, up the maximum of all five (5).
