TENDER CALL FOR ST. PAUL'S SCHOOL MECHANICAL UPGRADE  2024/2025

YORKTON, SASKATCHEWAN

Sealed tenders for St. Paulís School Mechanical Upgrade in Yorkton, SK, will be received at the office of HDA Engineering Ltd. until 2:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, November 7th, 2024. A mandatory site walk through for Contractorís will be held on Thursday, October 17th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The walk through will take place at St. Paulís School. The address is 487 Parkview Road, S3N 3L6, Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Meet at the front entrance to the school.

Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from: HDA Engineering Ltd., 2334 8th Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan (306-525-9815). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in 10% of the bid. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified Mechanical Contractors. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply equally to Sub-Contractors. <p>Site visit that is scheduled for October 17th, 2024 will be mandatory.  Contractors are asked to register with HDA Engineering a minimum of 24 hours prior to the site visit.&nbsp; This project has been readdressed and the scope of work has been changed from the original tender in January 2024.</p>
