The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of
One (1) brand new Dodge Ram vehicle and one (1) Trade-in Truck offer for the Dakota Dunes Casino. The required specifications are detailed in the table below.

1. Substitute models will be accepted only if specifications are the same/similar to the standard features - required. Bidders must provide a comparison with respects to all features, options, packages, and specifications. If vehicle quoted on has additional features, provide a list of the additional features and associated costs in the appropriate space in the pricing list and support it with attaching a copy of the window sticker/spec sheet.
2. Must be a new vehicle, must have low mileage or vehicle will not be accepted. 100km or less is preferred.
3. AC Tax, Tire Tax, Destination Fee and any discount must be included in the quote above.
4. Vehicle MUST NOT be driven to the F.O.B Delivery Point; it must be transported to the F.O.B Delivery Point via flat deck truck or other means arranged by the dealership. Associated costs should be included in the delivery section of the above table.
5. Freight/Destination charges to be included for the pickup of Trade vehicle (if required).
6. Standard warranty to be included. Provide warranty information along with your bid submission. Provide information on extended warranty options and pricing.
7. Bidders shall provide the specification sheet of the vehicle along with their bid submission.
8. Bidders must provide a list of the exterior and interior colours available for this model in their submission.
