The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor for the Supply of Branded Merchandise as specified in the RFQ document. All items are required to be shipped to SIGA Central Office location by February 28, 2026.

Special Instructions to Bidders:

1. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all shipping/freight, logo imprinting/ Embroidery and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
2. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
3. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
4. Substitutes are allowed for all items with equivalent quality and specifications. Updated specifications such as (brand name, model, description, etc.) are required for substitutions with your bid submission. See appendix 1.
5. The production logo for SIGA Starburst (attached sample in appendix 2) will be provided to the successful vendor.
6. A digital “mock-up” of the Logo placement on the items is required with the bid submission. Approved image is not available, for mock-up purchases, just show the allowable size of image.
7. All Setup charges are to be included.
8. SIGA will obtain and provide all required permission to logo usage for this project, as applicable
9. Digital proofs must be provided and approved by SIGA prior to production.
10. Samples may be requested from the successful vendor prior to finalizing the order.
11. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
