GOS intends to contract with Saskatoon Trades and Skills Centre Inc. on the basis that they able to develop the coordination and delivery of the Early Childhood Education program in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan that meets GOS’ requirements for this procurement, as described below.

The purpose of this ACAN is to signal the GOSs intention to award a contract for these services to Saskatoon Trades and Skills Centre Inc. Before awarding a contract, the GOS provides other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the minimum essential requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities on or before the response deadline.
