Tenders shall be for the provision, installation and commissioning of electrical power and control equipment, to support the mechanical upgrades to the treatment plant for the Village of Vanguard water distribution system.  The provision and installation of mechanical components is by others.  Provision of some electrical components will be by others, installation wiring, commissioning and programming of these devices is part of the electrical supply.

Major components of the work to provide a complete working system will include but not limited to the following:

Two (2) distribution pumps

(Reuse existing ASD (Adjustable Speed Drive))
Reconfigure ASD to match the new pumps
Pump supplied by others.

One (1) emergency pump

Install, program and commission ASD and control
Supply of Pump and ASD by others

Control Panel

Supply, install, commission

Instrumentation

Supply wiring to three flow transducers, and commission
Supply, install, wire and commission Float Switch, Level Transducer, Pressure Transducer

Coordinate with the mechanical supply contractor to schedule work and plan switch over to new equipment in a manner that minimized impact on the operation of the water treatment plant.
