CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on the westbound lanes of Highway No. 1 from the junction of Highway No. 32 to 4.00 km west; from 11.60 km east of the Webb Access Road to 5.10 km east of the Webb Access Road; from 14.31 km east of the junction of Highway No. 37 to the junction of Highway No. 37; from 6.45 km west of the Carmichael access road to 10.00 km west of the Sidewood Grid (Grid 614);  from 6.09 km east of Grid 635 to 2.76 km west of Grid 635; and on Highway 21 from the junction of Highway 271 to 8.74 km south; and on Highway 1-20-80 (Gull Lake Service Road) from the junction of Highway No. 37 to 450 m west; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 68.08 km.

Bidders may request a debriefing session from the Ministry by emailing mhicontracts@gov.sk.ca within 30 days after the award notification date.  The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.
