ESK is seeking to outsource its Public Call Centre operations to a call centre Vendor with extensive experience and expertise in the area of inbound call management and as such is requesting proposals from Vendors to provide the services of a Public Call Centre (PCC) to handle telephone inquiries for the institution for the 30th General Election, statutorily set for October 28, 2024, with an option to renew for the 31st General Election, scheduled for October 2028.
