This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by eHealth Saskatchewan (“eHealth”) to prospective suppliers to submit proposals for the provision eHealth is requesting proposal for the service and maintenance of a fleet approximately 1,200 Lexmark print devices with monthly outputs in excess of 4 million impressions per month for the Saskatoon area of the  Saskatchewan Health Region.  Service will include but not limited to toner notification monitoring, delivery, and warranty maintenance.  For the purposes of this agreement, eHealth considers consumables as toner, PC kit, maintenance kit, toner waste bottles.
