CONSTRUCTION OF A SUBGRADE AND SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 219 from its Junction of Highway No. 44 to its junction of Highway No. 15; for a distance of 25.94 km; and the CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 44 from the Danielson Park access to Hwy No. 219 for a distance of 3.43 km; and from the junction of Highway No. 219 west of the junction for a distance of 1.55 km; FOR A TOTAL DISTANCE OF 30.91 km.
