Compensation Review - Out of Scope -- 2018-010-Comp

The Town of Nipawin is seeking proposals for professional services to conduct a comprehensive salary review using an objective evaluation process/methodology to review the current pay levels for all out-of-scope staff and to develop an ongoing compensation plan for these employees.

The review will aid the Town in attracting and retaining well qualified staff and maintaining competitive compensation practices with those of comparable municipalities.

The RFP deadline for submissions is 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2018.

All work and final deliverables must be completed and received by the Town of Nipawin by September 30, 2018.
