Sealed tenders for Pioneer Lodge Housing Boiler Replacement in Southey, Sk, will be received at the office of HDA Engineering Ltd. until 2:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, October 31st, 2024.

A (mandatory) site walk through for Contractors will be held on Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. The walk through will take place at Pioneer Lodge Housing. The address is Box 9, Southey, Saskatchewan, S0G 4P0 (corner of Keats Street and Burns Avenue). Meet at the boiler room entrance which is behind the building off Keats Street. Any access to the site must be in accordance with the Housing Authority Requirements. All contractors shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough of their intention to attend. Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from: HDA Engineering Ltd., 2334 8th Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan (306-525-9815). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in 10% of the bid. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified Mechanical Contractor.

The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply equally to Sub-Contractors.
