Return to Work (RTW) Boardroom Enablement Project -- COSe21-0291

The City of Saskatoon is seeking proposals for the design and standing procurement of Audio/Visual equipment for meeting rooms to support staff that are both physically present and remotely enabled. This process will serve to acquire hardware such as: tvs, projectors, microphones, cameras, cabling, system components, etc., as well as establish a contract for the ongoing procurement for new meeting rooms in the future. The ultimate intent of the project is to standardize the experience of meeting rooms and allow for staff’s seamless participation, who are tele-working or on premise.
