The work consists of an office addition to the Ministry of Environment Hangar, La Ronge, Saskatchewan.

Sealed tenders will be received by Central Services, Room 726, 800 Central Avenue, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan until 2:00 pm CST, Thursday, January 10, 2019 and will be opened in public immediately thereafter.

Interested general contractors may obtain tender documents from the sasktenders website or RBM Architecture Inc., 2206 Speers Avenue, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, telephone (306) 242-2636, on deposit of $150.00 or confirmation of membership in the S.C.A. Plan Deposit Fund.  This deposit will be refunded upon return of the tender documents, in good condition, within 30 days after the opening date.

A pre-tender site visit has been scheduled.  Details are available in the tender documents.  Tender documents may also be viewed at Construction Association offices in Prince Albert, Saskatoon and Regina.  Tenders must be accompanied by a consent of surety and certified cheque or bid bond.  The Ministry of Central Services reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
