This document (herein referred to as the RFP) is a request for proposal from parties interested in providing the products and/or services outlined herein (Automated Blood Bank Analyzer). As exclusive agent for all laboratory products and services for Saskatoon Health Region (herein known as SHR) in the province of Saskatchewan, Dynacare reserves the right to reject all proposals, in whole or in part, and/or enter into negotiations with any party whether a respondent to this RFP or not. Dynacare or the health authority will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by the vendors as a result of this RFP process
