The City is seeking information through this Request for Information (RFI) from recruitment software vendors to provide details on their system's Human Resources recruitment activities, functionality and costing methodology. The desired RFI submission will also include description of the robust features and functionality to support the tasks identified within the recruitment process including job postings/advertisements, applicant resume and cover letter uploads, screening charts, auto short-listing, interviewing guides/questions, candidate testing guides, and successful candidate hiring with letter of offer templates.

The City is also interested in software solutions with additional enhancement features to improve the recruitment team's delivery by way of internal workflows, job posting approvals, employee onboarding and analytical reporting as well as integration with the City's HR Management System (HRMS).? 

Additionally, the City is seeking information details for recruitment solution features for variations on recruitment processes, transactional volumes, system support helpline, security and user role profiles.
