Submissions clearly marked "COR7331 - Leasing of Election Vote Counting Equipment & Support", in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

This solicitation describes a requirement for Leasing of Election Vote Counting Equipment & Support resulting in a contract for a term of five (5) years with an option to extend on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to five (5) years.
