This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of the Saskatchewan Ministry of Advanced Education’s student financial assistance system, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

This project involves the creation and/or implementation of a rules-based loans origination system to deliver student financial assistance including the administration of the federal Canada Student Loan Program (CSLP) in alignment with the Canada Saskatchewan Integrated Student Loan Agreement and the federal service provider, as seen in Appendices L.1 through L.3.
