This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Design Services for the Saskatoon Cancer Patient Lodge Project.

This project will be led by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP), referred to as the “Authority”, with support from the Ministry of Health (HE0) and the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency (SCA).

The Successful Proponent will provide comprehensive design services for the design development and construction documentation, procurement, construction and close-out phases. Not all project details are known, so the design services processes must allow for flexible decision making by the GOS as the project progresses.
