The R.M. of Frenchman Butte No. 501 is inviting sealed tenders for the supply of one (1) new tractor truck to support municipal hauling and road maintenance operations. The unit must meet detailed minimum specifications, including a 500+ horsepower diesel engine, heavy-duty axles, air ride suspension, wet kit, and required safety and operational features. Proponents may submit pricing with or without a trade-in of the Municipality’s existing 2014 Freightliner tractor truck.

Tenders must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. CST on February 4, 2026, with award subject to approval by resolution of Council on February 25, 2026. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
