Multi-Functional Print Devices, Managed Print Services -- SPSD-T1718-0008

Saskatoon Public Schools (SPS) is the largest school division in the province of Saskatchewan. We operate 49 elementary schools, 10 secondary schools, two associate schools and one alliance school all located within Saskatoon and surrounding area. We serve more than 25,000 students and employ approximately 2,400 professional and support staff.

SPS is seeking Proposals for the supply of Multi-Functional Print Devices (MFP) for a base term of four (4) years with an option to extend for an additional 1-year term up to a maximum of five (5) years beginning in August 2018.  SPS will be reviewing Proposals for either the lease or purchase of this hardware. The Contract will also include equipment service and consumable supplies.  The current lease on MFP expires August 31, 2018.  The goal of SPS is to provide a seamless switch to the new hardware and services.

SPS may also entertain the offer of Managed Print Services (MPS) for all division-owned printers.  The SPS vision for MPS is to maintain ownership of current and future printers.

Submissions will be received up to 2:00 p.m, Saskatchewan time, May 9, 2018 at the office of the Manager of Purchasing Services, Saskatoon Public Schools, 310-21st Street East, Saskatoon SK  S7K 1M7.  The submission envelope must show the RFT reference number and name (T1718-0008 - Multi-Functional Print Devices), and, company name, address and contact information of Bidder.
