The Town of Carrot River invites sealed tenders from qualified and experienced contractors for the services of demolition, disposal, and site cleanup of a residential property affected by fire located at 2125 Second Street West, Carrot River, SK S0E 0L0.

Scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to:

• Demolition of all existing buildings on the property.
• Removal and disposal of all buildings and contents on the property.
• Back filling of all holes on the property if required.
• Readying the property for sale

Safety Measures: Safety protocols are to be strictly followed to ensure the safety of both workers and the public. Proper signage and barriers must be placed around work zones.

Anticipated Commencement Date: July 18th, 2024.
Anticipated Completion Date: September 1st, 2024.

 Submission Requirements:

• Proof of relevant experience and qualifications.
• Detailed breakdown of costs including labor, materials, and any additional expenses.
• Valid insurance and licensing documentation.
• References from previous clients.

Contract Reward: The Town of Carrot River reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders received, in whole or in part, and to waive irregularities at its discretion. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
