INVITATION TO TENDER

RM OF CARMICHAEL NO 109 – CRUSH 2026

The intent of this Tender Call is to obtain a firm price to crush 30,000 yards of traffic gravel in a pit located at SW 12-11-20-W3 within RM of Carmichael No 109 for the fall of 2026.

The municipality reserves the right to provide the stripping at the location.

The Municipality will evaluate all tenders based on price and estimated completion date.

The RM of Carmichael reserves the right to waive irregularities in bidding and to accept or reject any or all proposals.

Every Tender shall include:

Letter of Good Standing with Sask. WCB

An expected start and finish date

A breakdown of all costs associated with the crush.

Gravel will be tested by contractor and /or municipality to ensure compliance.

Tenders close @ 4:00p.m. CST, January 12th, 2026 at the RM of Carmichael office.
