The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) process is to establish a standing supply arrangement (SA) with qualified vendors that have demonstrated to 3sHealth their capabilities and qualifications to provide services to healthcare public entities.  The initial engagement will begin with 3sHealth, the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA); Saskatchewan Cancer Agency (SCA), and eHealth Saskatchewan (eHealth), and other healthcare agencies may request for such services during the term of the contract.

The SA established under this RFP will be in effect for three (3) years, from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2026 (the “Pre-Qualification Period”), and correspondingly the term of any resulting Master Service Agreement (MSA) will be for the period of April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2026.  It is 3sHealth’s intention that no further requests to pre-qualify vendors will be published during the Pre-Qualification Period.
