General Contractor services are required for the washroom renovation and upgrades at the Vic Rempel Greenhouse & Trades Building. The renovation includes converting the existing Men's Washroom into a kitchen area for the employees and creating an accessible washroom and 2 inclusive washrooms as well as hands free fixtures throughout, new flooring, wall tile, countertops, sinks, kitchenette, light fixtures.
