The City is seeking to engage the services of a consultant with experience and knowledge of fuel infrastructure to develop an asset management plan. 

The asset management plan is intended to provide the City with a plan and guidelines to ensure it is properly maintaining its fuel infrastructure, mitigating many risks to avoid unplanned failures leading to environmental liabilities
