The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals for the supply of Condoms, Lubricants and Related Supplies.

3sHealth intends to award one or more contracts for a term of five (5) consecutive years, with the option to renew for one (1) additional three (3) year term, subject to mutual agreement.  3sHealth reserves the right to award to a single vendor or multiple vendors, based on the ability to meet the specifications and requirements outlined in this RFP.
