CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 16 near the Town of Langham approximately 6 km west of its junction with Highway No. 305 to approximately 10.75 km west of its junction with Highway No. 305; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 4.75 km.
