A tender contained in a sealed envelope and plainly marked "Tender No. 18-0022" will be received up to 2:00 p.m. Saskatchewan Time, Thursday, March 29, 2018, for the work described.

The standard specifications and drawings required for this contract and referenced within the Contract Index are available on the City of Saskatoon’s Internet web site at http://www.saskatoon.ca (Business & Development/Development Regulations/ Specifications & Standards /Specifications). 

It shall be the responsibility of each bidder to obtain the required specifications and/or drawings from the web site and consider such prior to submitting a bid.

A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Civic Square East, 202 4th Avenue N., 3rd Floor, Meeting Room 306.

To ensure consideration, all tenders shall be accompanied by the following:

A bid deposit by Bid Bond for ten (10) percent of the gross tender amount.

A Consent of Surety to furnish a Contract Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Bond each for fifty (50) percent of the gross tender amount.

Any Contractor wishing to submit tenders for this competition must be registered with ISNetworld (ISN) and maintain their account in good standing, as detailed in Section 00200-9 Contractor Prequalification.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
