The RM of Coteau, No 255 invites tenders on the loading, hauling, and spreading of road gravel for 2019. Approximately 9,000 cubic yards of crushed road gravel needs to be applied to municipal roads in the month of June.

Please provide a price for the following:

Road gravel: available at the Dunblane gravel pit SE-21-26-07-W3                                                             

Price per yard per mile of haul
Loading charge
Any additional charges (if applicable)

Please provide a list of trucks including their year, make, & model.

Council is also asking for verification that you can guarantee that the gravel will be applied by the end of June.

Council reserves the right to cancel road gravel application if not applied by the deadline and hire another contractor.

Tenders must include proof of minimum $2 million liability insurance and a letter of good standing from the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board.

Only sealed tenders clearly marked “Hauling Tender” on the envelope will be received at the RM of Coteau municipal office in Birsay, SK until 9:00am local time, April 16, 2019.

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted and the RM of Coteau, No 255 reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
