Sealed Tenders will be received at the City of Meadow Lake office until 2:00 P.M., Local Time Thursday, March 18th, 2021. The contract involves full rehabilitation, milling, patching and surfacing on various streets within the City of Meadow Lake.
The work will be performed on the following streets within in the City of Meadow Lake:
300 block of 3rd Ave W
400 block of 4th St W
500 block of 2nd Ave W
400 block of Centre St on both sides
500 block of Centre St on the west side
Dunfield Crescent
Highway 4
Utility Patches – 35 Locations Approximately1,400 m2
Tenders will be opened to the public at the City of Meadow Lake office at 2:15 P.M., Local Time Wednesday, March 18th, 2021. The opening will be done through a video conference and in-person attendance will not be allowed due to the Covid-19 concerns. Please request access to the video conference by contacting the City Engineer 24 hours prior to the opening.
If the City of Meadow Lake office is closed to the public at the time of tender submission, please contact Rocky Chowdhury, City Engineer, to submit the tender and arrange for your bid to be delivered. It is the contractors responsibility to ensure their bid is delivered prior to the closing deadline.
Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less than “10 % of the Tender amount”.
