The scope of the project is the construction work for decommissioning for the historical (non-engineered) triangular cell of Humboldt Landfill.  This site is used as a transfer station now.

Tender application marked “REACT Humboldt Decommissioning Landfill Cells” will be received at the REACT office 307 12th street, Humboldt, SK until 2 PM Central Standard Time, on March 11, 2024. Mailed, e-mailed, couriered or hand delivered bids will be accepted, provided they reach the designated location on time.

Proposals will be opened at 3 PM at REACT office on February 9, 2024.

Please provide a proposed fee schedule in Canadian funds. The agreed amounts may not be changed without prior approval from REACT.

All meetings will occur at REACT office. Meetings may take place online by zoom, too.

Final selection will be based on the evaluation criteria and the tender that best meets the need of the member of the municipalities.

REACT reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed most favorable to the interests of REACT. If this bid is accepted by REACT, the BIDDER will execute the WORKS in accordance with the tender.
