Tenders are being accepted for the loading, hauling and spreading of approximately 10,000 yards of crushed gravel and sand on municipal roads.

Please provide a price per yard per mile of haul, please provide a price for loading, please provide equipment list, please provide a minimum haul rate and any and all additional charges, if applicable.

A proof of liability insurance and a letter of good standing from Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board must be included with the tender. Must comply with weight restrictions and haul legal loads.

Council would prefer if the haul would commence by June 15th. Please state on tender if you would be able to meet that date.

Tenders will be received until 1:00 p.m. local time on Monday Feb 9, 2026. Lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and the Municipality reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.
