The Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CÉF) is the only French language school board that services the entire province of Saskatchewan with its 15 schools throughout the province. The CÉF offers French language education to all French language families traditionally from Fransaskois families but also all French language newcomers from everywhere in the world.
There are two projects currently proposed: one located in Saskatoon and the other located in Prince Albert. The objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a Commissioning Agent, expected to develop commissioning requirements and work with the Prime Consultant’s Team to develop a design that meets those requirements within the targeted budget. 
 

Proponents must submit their proposal by email to procurement@jphpm.ca. The subject line of the
email should contain the competition title and company name (e.g., “RFP Commissioning Agent -Company Name”).

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents,
elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of the Owner, other than the RFP Contact,
concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of
the Proponent and the rejection of the Proponent’s Submission.
