Sealed Bids for the construction of the above-noted project will be received up to 2:00 P.M.,
CST, THURSDAY, APRIL 19, 2018 at the offices of PMGM Architecture Ltd., 3434 Regina
Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan S4S 7J9, and opened in public immediately after.

Description of the Work: Installation of crusher dust over 34,260 ft² of the existing school
grounds at Balgonie Elementary School. Work includes relocation of various site
components and a new chain link fence.
Regrade approximately 12,000 ft² of the site at Balcarres School to provide proper drainage
ditches and a new ponding area. Work includes adding a new sump pit into existing
crawlspace.
Plans and specifications in electronic PDF format are available from PMGM Architecture
Ltd. Plans and specifications may be viewed at Regina and Moose Jaw Construction
Association offices.
Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond/Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent
(10%) of the tender.
Subcontractors shall file their Bids directly to General Contractors.
A site walk-through for interested contractors has been scheduled for Thursday, April 5,
2018 starting at Balgonie Elementary School at 9:00am then going on to Balcarres.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
