Restoration of the park following the installation of super tanks.

A tender contained in a sealed envelope and plainly marked "Tender No. 14-0660" will be received up to 2:00 p.m. C.S.T., Wednesday, August 06, 2014, for the work described.

Interested bidders may obtain tender documents  after 3:00 p.m. Saskatoon local time, Tuesday, July 15, 2014.

The City of Saskatoon Standard Construction Specifications and Drawings:  Parks (2014 Edition) required for this contract and referenced within are available on the City of Saskatoon’s Internet web site at http://www.saskatoon.ca    Under the “Find City Services” menu, click on the Letter “P”.  Scroll down to “Parks Open Space Design Section”.  It shall be the responsibility of each bidder to obtain the required specifications and/or drawings from the web site and consider such prior to submitting a bid.

To ensure consideration, all tenders shall be accompanied by the following:

A bid deposit by Bid Bond for ten (10) percent of the gross tender amount.

A Consent of Surety to furnish a Contract Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Bond each for fifty (50) percent of the gross tender amount.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
