The Rural Municipality of Enniskillen No. 3 invites Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for the supply of a multifunction printer (print, copy, scan, fax) to replace the Municipality’s current leased unit expiring in April 2026.

Proposals must include detailed printer specifications (e.g., PPM, paper capacity), lease and/or purchase pricing, cost per black-and-white and colour page, service mileage charges, surcharges, cabinet and surge protection costs, optional finishing features, and all applicable taxes.
