Bids for the construction of “City of Humboldt – Sewage Pumping Station No. 3 Upgrade” will be received until 2:00 PM CST on Tuesday April 9th, 2019 at the office of Catterall & Wright Consulting Engineers.

The Work generally consists of:

• Removal of the existing station superstructure, mechanical and electrical components
• Construction of a building, over the existing wet well and pump chamber; with control room and standby generator.
• Supply and installation of sewage pumps along with related mechanical and electrical systems and underground piping.

Interested bidders may request access to on-line bid documents by contacting Catterall & Wright. Hard copies of bid documents may also be obtained from Catterall & Wright but must be returned in good condition within 7 days of the bid closing date.

Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form contained in the Project Manual and must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price, made payable to the City of Humboldt, and a Surety’s consent to provide other specified bonding.

The City of Humboldt reserves the right to reject or accept any bid for any reason, without explanation, whether arbitrary, unreasonable, or otherwise.
