RFP - Constr. Mgmt. Services - Office Space Fit-ups, Synergy Credit Union Bldg., Lloydminster, Sask. -- CS-OTH20003a
This RFP is to engage a Construction Manager to complete the office fit-ups at the Synergy Credit Union Building, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan to accommodate Government of Saskatchewan Ministries. The successful proponent will work with the Project Team under the direction of the Central Services Project Manager, along with Design Consultants to be selected prior to the selection of the Construction Manager, to design, carry out necessary demolition work including abatement of hazardous materials as required, and construct improvements to the space.
RFP documents will NOT be available via e-mail.
Sealed proposals will be received by the Ministry of Central Services, 838, 122 Third Avenue North, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan until 2:00 PM Saskatchewan time, March 11, 2020 and will be opened and evaluated in private.
Request for Proposal documents are available from the SaskTenders website.
The Ministry of Central Services reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
