The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) - Regina is seeking to award a multi-vendor pricing agreement for our miscellaneous Medical/Surgical supplies that are not covered by any provincial or national agreement. This RFP will include an evaluation of all new alternative products that may be identified during the process of this RFP.

3 hard copies of your proposal and 3 electronic copies on individual USB drives must be mailed or delivered to, and received by, SHA at the address set forth below in a sealed package labelled “Response to RFP for RQRHA20180622 by 2:00 p.m. Saskatchewan time on July 13, 2018.
