The Town of Kindersley is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in order to solicit rental rates to select a list of qualified and experienced contractors that shall provide use of Heavy Equipment on an hourly rental basis under a firm fixed unit price for general operations, maintenance or emergency services to support our Public Works Department in Kindersley, Saskatchewan.

The quotations are required for heavy equipment rental for various operational divisions of our operations, maintenance, special projects and emergency services that may include, but not limited to the following: snow removal, grading (all seasons), gravel hauling, loader work and excavations.

Snow removal activities for the Public Works Department conducted on Town roadways, lanes, sidewalks and other areas, as necessary, shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, plowing, hauling and/or loading snow, widening roadways and/or sidewalks, scarifying ice, spreading sand/salt/aggregate and levelling and maintenance of snow dump sites.
