Bids must be submitted and digitally timestamped as received by the undersigned before 2:00pm, Central Standard Time, Wednesday January 28th. Bids will be opened privately as soon as reasonably possible after closing.

The work consists of removing and disposing of existing roofing materials, prior to the installation of a new SBS roofing system; which includes but is not limited new roof drains, modifications to plumbing vents, modifications to parapets, modifications to mechanical curbs.

Coordinating work associated with installing new rooftop skylights, ventilation fans and electrical hook-up requirements. All work to be performed as described in the Contract Documents.

There is an optional site visit scheduled for Wednesday January 14th at 4:00pm at Aden Bowman Collegiate.

Questions about the tender should be directed to jerrad.worona@kaa.ca.  Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
